The minimum information required to be a member of our database is first name, last name, date of birth, and phone number. Additional information will help us produce a closer match prior to contacting you for qualification, but is not necessary for you to be registered.

Information collected is typically retained for a period of 10 years from the date of your last participation, but can vary based on obligations within our research projects.
